Get Back on the Court
With a Real Plan

A rehab plan for pickleball players. I don’t sell sessions: you get one evaluation, a rehab plan built around the level you want to get back to, and me managing it with you every week. Local in Volusia County, or fully online.

The Outcome

Where Do You Want to Get Back To?

Everyone starts somewhere different. The plan is built toward your goal, not a set number of visits.

Goal

Back on the Court

You’ve stopped playing, or you’re close to it. My goal is to get you playing again without bracing for the next flare-up.

Goal

Play Without Modifying

You’re still out there, but you’re skipping overheads, avoiding lunges, or taping everything. We build toward playing your full game again.

Goal

Compete Again

You want to train and play hard. We build the strength and capacity to handle a tournament weekend, not just one rec game.

Why Most of This Happens Online

Fair question: I’m a chiropractor, so why isn’t this a stack of table visits?

Want regular hands-on work on top of the plan? That’s fine. I’ll point you to someone good and local, and your plan keeps running.

How It Works

One Evaluation. Then I Manage It With You.

  1. 1Evaluation. In person if you’re local, by live video call if you’re remote. I test how you move, how strong you are, and how your body responds, and figure out what you’ll respond to best.
  2. 2Your rehab plan. Built from the evaluation and delivered online, so it’s on your phone when you need it.
  3. 3Ongoing management. Weekly check-ins, video form review (you film a set, I tell you what to fix), and program progressions every 2 to 3 weeks.
  4. 4In person when it helps. Local clients can get one in-person session a month when it’s useful. Most months, a quick call covers it. Remote clients do everything online.

From a Client

In a Client’s Words

★★★★★

“The results have been incredible. My knee and shoulder feel stronger and more stable, I’m moving better on the court, and I have more confidence in my game than I’ve had in a long time. Working with him has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my health, mobility, and athletic performance.”

Where I Work

Local or Remote

Local Hybrid clients are in Volusia County, FL. I come to you for the evaluation: inside, driveway, garage, or backyard. Remote clients do everything online. Outside Florida, the remote plan is movement coaching rather than chiropractic care.

Before You Book

Questions

How does the Hybrid Rehab Plan work?

It starts with one evaluation: in person if you’re local, by live video call if you’re remote. I test how you move, how strong you are, and how your body responds, then build your rehab plan from what I find and deliver it online. From there I manage it with you: weekly check-ins, video form review, and program progressions every 2 to 3 weeks. Local clients can also get one in-person session a month when it helps.

I don’t live in Florida. Can I still do this?

Yes, with one difference. I’m licensed as a chiropractor in Florida, so outside Florida the remote plan is movement coaching, not chiropractic care. I do a movement assessment by video, look at the movement and biomechanical factors that may be contributing to what you’re feeling, and build you a training plan, with the same weekly check-ins, form review, and progressions. I don’t diagnose or treat clients outside Florida. If something needs a diagnosis, I’ll tell you to see someone local first.

You’re a chiropractor. Why is most of this online?

Because the table work is the smallest part of getting better. An adjustment or soft tissue work can help you feel better for a few days. The plan, the progressions, and someone holding you to it are what change how your body holds up on court. None of that needs a table. Doing it online means I’m in touch with you every week, on your schedule, for a lot less than seeing someone in person several times a week.

Will I still get adjusted?

If you’re local and it’s useful, I can adjust you at your evaluation or a monthly in-person session. It isn’t the centerpiece of the plan. If you want regular hands-on work on top of the plan, I’ll point you to someone good and local, and your plan keeps running.

How long does it take?

The minimum is 3 months. Bigger or longer-standing problems usually need 6, and we decide that together at your evaluation. My goal is to get you to the outcome we set and able to keep it there on your own, not to keep you on a plan forever.

What does the first visit look like?

Your first visit is the evaluation. If you’re local, I come to your home with everything I need. If you’re remote, we do it on a live video call. We go through your history and what you want to get back to, then I test your movement, your strength, and how your body responds to different positions and loads. Plan on 60 to 90 minutes and wear something you can move in. Your plan follows, delivered online.

What’s included?

Your evaluation, a personalized rehab plan delivered online, weekly check-ins, video form review, and program progressions every 2 to 3 weeks. Local clients also get one in-person session a month when it helps. Most months, a quick call covers it.

What if I need more than one in-person session a month?

Most people don’t. They need a plan and someone holding them to it. If your case calls for more hands-on time, I’ll tell you, and we’ll work out what that looks like together.

How do I pay? Can I go month to month?

You have two options. Pay monthly, charged automatically to your card through Stripe each month for the length of your plan, or pay in full up front and take 10% off. Either way you’re committing to the full 3 or 6 months, because that’s the time it takes to build and progress a plan properly.

What does "done" look like?

You’re back to the goal we set at your evaluation, whether that’s playing again, playing without modifying everything, or competing, and you know how to keep it there yourself. My goal is to make you independent, not dependent on me.

Who is this for? Do I have to play pickleball?

Yes. The plan is only for pickleball players dealing with an injury that’s affecting their game: knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, and back problems, disc issues, sciatica, and other sports injuries. Whether it’s been a couple of months or a couple of years, I’m looking at the movement chain behind whatever’s bothering you on court, not just the spot that hurts. If you don’t play pickleball, or you’re just looking for an adjustment, this isn’t the right fit.

Do you take insurance, and do I need a referral?

There’s no insurance billing. This is cash-pay, though some HSA and FSA plans cover chiropractic care, so it’s worth checking with yours. No referral needed: chiropractors are primary care providers in Florida, so you can book directly.

What’s the cancellation policy for in-person visits?

I ask for at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If I’m already on the way, or you’re not available when I arrive, the visit is forfeited or a cancellation fee applies. Life happens, but a heads-up protects both of our time.
