Most coaches see half the picture. You get both halves, every session.
The Game
We find the exact shot, pattern, or decision that's costing you points and drill the fix on court, with video analysis built in. You leave with 2 to 3 specific things to work on before the next session.
The Body
As a rehab chiropractor and movement specialist, I can see what your body's doing during the shot, not just the shot itself. If something physical is capping your game, we find it and address it.
The Record
Every lesson's notes and drill assignments go straight into your own client portal. You'll always know what we covered, what to work on next, and you can watch your progress from week to week.
Video analysis is optional but recommended. I can record any part of your lesson, break it down afterward, and send you feedback on your technique. It's included in your lesson, no extra charge.
Not sure what's closest to you? Just ask and we'll find a spot that works.

A few things. I'm still competing at the 5.0 level, so what I teach is what I'm using right now on the court. I have 13+ years of racket sport experience, so the fundamentals are deep. And I'm a rehab chiropractor and movement specialist too, so I can look at your body, not just your technique. Most coaches only see half the picture.
We start by figuring out where you're at, what you want to work on, and what we're focusing on that day. Then we go over the technique, introduce the skill, and drill it. Most reps I feed by hand since I can control the pace and placement live. I've also got a ball machine for when we want a different kind of rep work, but we don't always need it. At the end you'll get your 2 to 3 main focuses for the week uploaded to your portal.
Mostly 3.0 to 4.0. The serious recreational player who plays consistently and wants to keep improving. If you're not sure where you fall, just reach out and ask.
Balls and a ball tube for pickup, always. I've also got a ball machine, but I'm good enough at feeding by hand that we don't always need it. You just show up ready to play with your paddle.
After every lesson your notes and drill assignments go into your own client portal. You'll always know what we covered, what to work on, and you can see your progress from week to week.
I ask for at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens, I get it. Last-minute no-shows affect everyone's time so a heads-up goes a long way.
